Nachdrücklich weist DQHA-Präsident Stephan Göb darauf hin, dass die AQHA zwar in dieser Woche kurzfristig nachträglich drei Reiter der DQHA Q21 in Aachen disqualifiziert hatte, diese Entscheidung aber in der kommenden Woche wieder von der AQHA zurückgenommen wird. Damit reagiert Göb auf Berichte im Internet, die der DQHA Regelverstöße vorwerfen, „was aber schlicht nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Wir konnten das Missverständnis mit der AQHA lückenlos und transparent klären. Deshalb bleiben die Ergebnisse sowie die erzielten Titel aus der Saison 2021 bestehen. Die Disqualifizierung ist haltlos“, so der DQHA-Präsident.

Hintergrund: Gemeldet wurde über eine Internet-Plattform, dass DQHA Dt. Meister Sr. Trail Open Jan-Niklas Barre (RR Party Of One), der Amateur L1 Champion Ranch Riding Anna-Lena Barre (B Dun Whiz Gold ) sowie Jessica Pesi (Thats The Way I Kruz) nachträglich disqualifiziert worden sind, weil es angeblich einen Verstoß gegen Regel SHW127 gegeben hatte.

Diese Regel besagt unter Punkt SHW127.1, dass kein Turnieroffizieller selbst oder Mitglied seiner direkten Familie (direkte Familie ist definiert in SHW220.1), oder andere Verwandte, die im gleichen Haushalt leben, auf einem AQHA-anerkannten Open oder Amateur Turnier starten darf, wenn der Turnieroffizielle dort sein Amt ausübt. Auch ein Pferd, das in seinem Besitz ist, darf auf diesem Turnier nicht starten. Ausgenommen sind Youth Events und Alliance Shows, deren Reglement dies erlaubt.

Auf diesen Paragraphen bezog sich die Beschwerde gegen Familie Pesi. Allerdings wohnen Birgit Pesi, die in der Meldestelle tätig ist und ihre Tochter Jessica Pesi, die auf der Q21 und auch auf der Q22 ein Pferd vorstellte, nicht im selben Haushalt. Damit liegt also kein Regelverstoß vor.

Außerdem sind unter Punkt SHW127.3 die Pflichten eines Turnieroffiziellen (ohne darauf begrenzt zu sein) geklärt. Unter anderem sieht die Regel vor, dass Turnieroffizielle als Kontaktperson mit Namen und Kontaktdaten auf dem Show-Antrag, im aqha.com-Veranstaltungskalender oder anderen Publikation genannt werden und damit zum Showmanagement gehören, auch, wenn das nicht explizit ausgewiesen ist.

Darauf bezog sich die Beschwerde und daraus resultierende Disqualifikation der Ergebnisse von Jan-Niklas und Anna-Lena Barre auf der Q21. Da die Geschwister jedoch nicht im selben Haushalt wohnten ist die Disqualifikation für das vergangene Jahr haltlos.

Fakt ist lediglich, dass Sarah Barre nun von der AQHA im Rahmen ihrer Position der Sportobfrau und Primary Contact für die AQHA als Showofficial eingestuft wird. Demnach werden die Ergebnisse des Pferdes, das sich in ihrem Besitz befindet und welches auf der Q22 von ihrem Bruder vorgestellt wurde, disqualifiziert. Alle gewonnenen Gelder werden zurückgezahlt.

Da es oberstes Gebot für die Verantwortlichen der DQHA ist, dass das Regelwerk eingehalten wird, hat die DQHA deshalb bei der AQHA darauf hingewiesen, dass das Showmanagement auf der Q21 in Aachen 2021 von David Meuser verantwortet wurde und auch kein weiterer Verantwortlicher auf der Q21 gegen einen der Regelpunkte verstoßen hat. „Die Disqualifikation ist damit hinfällig“, stellt Stephan Göb klar. „In Internetberichten sind Sachverhalte schlicht falsch dargestellt worden. Wir können und werden es nicht zulassen, dass anerkannte Mitglieder der DQHA wegen Falschinformationen diskreditiert werden“, sagt er und betont: „Die AQHA hat uns bereits zugesagt, dass die Ergebnislisten 2021 wieder zurückkorrigiert werden.“

This was the subject of the complaint and the resulting disqualification of the results of Jan-Niklas and Anna-Lena Barre on the Q21. However, since the siblings did not live in the same household, the disqualification for the past year is unfounded.

However, Sarah Barre is now designated as a show official by AQHA as part of her position of Sports Chairwoman and Primary Contact for AQHA. Accordingly, the results of her horse, which was presented by her brother at Q22, will be disqualified. Prize money will be refunded.

Since it is the top priority for those responsible at DQHA that the rules are observed, the DQHA pointed out to the AQHA that David Meuser was responsible for show management at Q21 in Aachen 2021 and no other person was responsible for one of the rule points has violated.
